Aike enjoys coaching the athletes within the team following the Keep Challenging vision and culture that has been built over the years. Working together with these talented and ambitious cyclists towards goals challenges Aike each day. In his private life he likes to move away from the hectic elite sports world to the quiet countryside in Sweden where he lives. It’s only a small step between Aike lighting up the fire place on a cold day at home to racing with the team in the heat of the South of France or California!
